For those who were unable to partake, ( there was only so much pizza to go around – no leftovers for Ed :-  )here are a few quick photos from my latest batch of Chicago Style Deep Dish Pizzas. Here in the foreground is a 14″ sausage and pepperoni combo;in the back is a 12″ sauteed baby spinach and garlic. Not pictured is a 12″ bacon and pepperoni combo. Deep Dish Pizza – Food Pr0n – Gluten Free

The pizza on the right was an experiment I did for a friend who requested a Gluten-free crust. It is a spinach and garlic deep dish that came out surprisingly well. Photos of one of my latest pies: 12″ (medium) Deep Dish Half Cheese/Half Pepperoni.Sliced mozzarella all over the bottom crust,with a ring of sharp white cheddar around the inside of the outer crust.Topped with a combination of crushed and diced tomatoes. I might take photos of individual slices if i have a camera near me when I reheat the leftovers.
